Camp Activities

Camp activities include swimming, archery, arts and crafts, sports, drama, and much more.

Cincinnati Zoo

From spring break camps to half and full day summer options, thereโ€™s something for every age group (toddler to 8th grade). Check out this PDF for an overview of all the offerings.

Summer camps for the littles are once a week for 4 weeks starting in April, for about an hour and a half. Kids do not go independently until kindergarten age.

Swim Lessons

The Cincinnati Recreation commission has an โ€œI can swimโ€ program. Must have a recreational membership.

  • Session 1: June 10- July 6 (Registration begins online 5/1/24 until full)
  • Session 2: July 8- Aug 3 (Registration begins online 6/17/24 until full)

Ziegler Park also has a free swimming lesson program that runs for one week.

An example camp for the youngest campers: Lil’ Farmers: Barnyard Friends

Learn about farm animals with your toddler or preschooler. Help with some simple farm chores, read stories, make crafts and play games. One parent or adult caregiver is required to stay, play and learn along with their lil’ farmer. Registration includes one complimentary caregiver.

Cost: $180 Age(s): 3-5
