This is a kid friendly and dog friendly trail with a second growth canopy, grassy openings, and an overlook along the bluffs of the Ohio River.
In terms of wildlife, the area provides a spectacular habitat for migratory birds such as Warblers. The trail is named after one of many natural wildflowers that bloom here. In December and January, look for antlers recently shed by White Tail Deer.
